RETURNS AND REFUND

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned, refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The tag on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Return instructions:

  1. To request the return authorization, it is necessary to send an email to servizioclienti@takeoffmilano.com containing the order number and items to be returned. Our staff will send return instructions.
  2. The return shipment made with the courier indicated by Take Off Milano will be FREE.
  3. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.
  4. The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refund

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouse and the items have been checked. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days.

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories received with the order.

Returns must be sent inside the box received, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.
